Women's Bras

A bra is a precision instrument when it's made well — band, cup, wire, and strap calibrated together for support that disappears under clothing.

About this collection

A bra is a precision instrument when it's made well — band tensioning, cup engineering, wire profile, and strap placement all calibrated together for support and shape that disappears under clothing. The Journelle bra collection is curated to that standard.

You'll find underwire balconettes, demi cups, plunges, t-shirt bras, soft-cup wireless styles, longline bras, sports bras, and bridal pieces from houses including Chantelle, Simone Pérèle, Aubade, Lise Charmel, Cosabella, Panache, Adina Reay, La Perla, Wacoal, and our own Journelle Collection. Sizing extends from A through J cup across multiple band configurations, with extended sizing in select styles.

From the fitting room: most women have been wearing the wrong bra size for years — not by guess but by inheritance, having been told a size at sixteen and never refitted. A proper fitting starts with measuring band and bust, but ends with watching how the bra sits, lifts, and holds across a few minutes of wear. The fitting is free in every Journelle boutique. Most customers leave wearing a different size from the one they came in with; many leave wearing one they didn't know existed.

Bra Fit

All Journelle fit advice is written and reviewed by our senior fitters: trained in bust anatomy, band mechanics, and cup-shape matching across every brand we stock.

Measure at Home

Our fitters walk you through the exact method we use in the fitting room: band measurement, bust measurement, cup-size math, and the S/M/L conversions for bralettes and wireless styles. Five minutes with a tape measure and you'll have the number we'd give you in person.

Measure Your Bra Size

Find Your Breast Shape

Size is only half the story. Full-on-top, full-on-bottom, wide-set, close-set, teardrop, asymmetric: each shape is better served by a specific cup cut. Our guide maps every shape to the styles our fitters pull for it in store.

Support is important to you, but not at the expense of beautiful designs. Bras are an art form, therefore you don't mind spending an extra dime on an intricate lace. The bras definitely skew more on the delicate lingerie side — you can't go wrong if you're looking for a beautiful bra.

The romantics at heart will gravitate towards the seductive, lace and sheer bra sets with lots of embroidery, teddies, and garters (perfect for gifting!), while minimalists will find simple, satin separates to be their style du jour, for easy, everyday with that extra, oh-so-special flair.

Although Journelle is a discovery point for many of the lingerie brands listed here, its in-house collection has become beloved by bra enthusiasts. The styles are centered around romantic silhouettes from balconette bras to lightly-lined plunging necklines, and although the brand often works with lace, mesh, and other delicate materials, customers love the comfort that these sexier silhouettes still always bring—surprisingly versatile underneath even T-shirts for a seamless look.
