Private events are perfect for bridal showers, intimate shopping with your partner, birthday parties, divorce parties, & more. Our fit and style experts will pull items to suit your requested sizes, needs, and style preferences. All you need to do is show up, sip champagne, and treat yourself to lovely lingerie.
Booking Details
Parties may be reserved a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of the event date. The booking fee is a non-refundable $250 that will be given in the form of a store credit that will go towards the purchase made at the event. For each additional guest, there is a $50 non-refundable fee which will also be added to the store credit.
Scheduling
This event can take place Thursday - Saturday between 7-9pm and Sunday between 9-11am at our Soho & Chicago store locations. If you would like to request another time please email us at press@journelle.com prior to booking. Please note that private fittings end promptly at their designated time. This will be a private event, so just you and your loved ones can enjoy!
Refreshments
We offer a $50 add-on fee for light bites. With this add-on selected, our morning guests will be served a breakfast pastry platter with coffee. During our evening appointments, a cheese platter with champagne will be served.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 30%.Cancellations made via help@journelle.com sooner than 72 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty. We will try our best to accommodate any last-minute rescheduling.
