Cosabella Bras, Lingerie & Underwear
Curated by Journelle
Cosabella was founded in 1983 by Ugo and Valeria Campello, Italians who'd emigrated to Miami. From the start they kept manufacturing in Italy — in the small workshops they'd grown up around — and that hasn't changed in forty years. Journelle's owner Guido Campello, their son, led the brand as chief executive before he came to us.
About Cosabella at Journelle
Cosabella is best known for its stretch-lace bralettes — the silhouette that turned an industry preoccupied with structure into one that took comfort seriously. The aesthetic is vibrant rather than minimal: rich color, soft hand, lace that stretches enough to skip a hook closure entirely. Cosabella's pieces are built to be worn under everything, layered as outerwear, and washed at home without ceremony. Sizing typically runs from XS through XL.
From the fitting room: Cosabella's lace tends to relax slightly after the first few wears, so a piece that feels firm in the band when new will usually settle into your true fit within a week. If you're between sizes, sizing up gives the most flattering result on this brand specifically. We carry Cosabella as part of our own family lineage — the Campellos have been making lingerie in Italy for three generations.
