G-Strings
A g-string sits at the smallest end of the panty category — minimal coverage, designed to disappear entirely under fitted clothing and short skirts. The construction details that matter are the band tensioning, the fabric weight, and the gusset placement.
About this collection
This collection brings together stretch-lace g-strings, microfiber g-strings, low-rise and mid-rise styles, and matching pieces from houses including Cosabella, Hanky Panky, Wacoal, Cou Cou Intimates, OnGossamer, and our own Journelle Collection. Sizing typically runs from XS through XL across the line.
From the fitting room: g-strings sized too small bisect rather than disappear — if a g-string feels uncomfortable at the band or leg openings, the size is too small rather than the cut being wrong. Stretch-lace styles wear most comfortably for daily use; microfiber styles are typically smoother under the most fitted clothing.

Women's G-String Underwear
The g-string is the most minimal underwear silhouette — a thin waistband, the barest strap at the back, and no visible panty lines under anything. At Journelle, we carry g-strings across every fabric: sheer mesh for a barely-there feel, lace g-strings for texture and romance, silk for pure indulgence, and seamless microfibre for everyday invisibility. The difference between a g-string and a thong comes down to the back: a g-string has a single thin string where a thong has a narrow panel. Both disappear under clothes — the g-string simply disappears more. String underwear for women, edited for fit and fabric quality.
All underwear is final sale.
