Fleur of England was founded in Cornwall in 2002 by Lucy Adams, a designer trained in lacework whose background is visible in every piece the label produces. The brand is hand-stitched in small batches in the south of England, with embroidery, lace work, and silk finishing all done in-house by a small studio team.

The aesthetic is romantic in the British sense: silk-and-lace, hand-applied embroidery, soft palettes accented with deep jewel tones for occasion-wear.
