Return Policy
We want you to love your lingerie, it's as simple as that. If it doesn't fit, isn't right, or you just aren't totally in love with it, don't fret, most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We accept returns and exchanges on full priced items that have original tags and shields attached that have not been worn, altered, or washed. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swim buttons, bodysuits, packaged products such as face masks, accessories, adhesive accessories, hosiery, personal care products, or items on sale.
Refunds will incur a 7% restocking fee to cover inspection and warehouse charges.
