Once you place your order online, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in NYC within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). For USPS & UPS shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way!

Shipping insurance is offered via third party at checkout, if this is not selected at checkout Journelle is not responsible for any cost issues including late shipping fees, replacements, damaged packages, lost or stolen packages.

Store Pickup

Live close to one of our stores? Store delivery is also available!

Choose Store Delivery (it’s free!) at check out to have your package sent to one of our stores for pick up. The option will appear after you enter in a NY or IL state address. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up times are from 3pm to close (& we can't wait to see you).

If after 60 days your order has not been picked up and we have not been contacted we will send an email with store credit.

Courier Delivery*

*Can't bear another day without your lovelies? Courier shipping is available in NYC from Battery Park to 96th Street. Same-day orders must be placed before 10 AM EST (M-F) and we'll send you an email to let you know when your parcel is on its way to you. Unfortunately, our courier service does not ship to PO Boxes. For questions regarding courier options near our Chicago store, please contact us for more info!

All packages marked as delivered by courier with claim of non-receipt by customer will be subjected to a review and may be granted a replacement order or a store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued for these packages, sorry for any inconvenience

International Shipping

Here’s what you need to know:

Orders going to destinations outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
The cost of enclosed items will be on external customs forms even if the parcel is a gift with an enclosed gift receipt.
Once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for any fees associated with releasing your order from customs (e.g. import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to).
When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures which may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.

SHIPPING MATERIALS

All Journelle packages are mailed in branded Journelle boxes or soft envelopes.

RETURNS

All Journelle orders are shipped with a gift receipt, return form and/or a prepaid return label for domestic US orders if applicable. Our return policy can be found here.

GIFT WRAPPING

Sending a gift? Gift wrapping is available for all orders for just $6. Just select GIFT WRAP during check out and your order will come wrapped in tissue and a (beautiful) Journelle box with a hand written card with your personal message. Dont worry, gift receipts are included as well!
