Domestic Shipping

We use UPS, which ships to all 50 United States. Domestic orders over $100 garner free UPS ground shipping, and orders under $100 and those requesting express service will be charged according to the current UPS rates for method and location. Before going through the entire checkout process, you can estimate the cost of your shipping by entering your zip code in the Shopping Cart. If your order falls under $100 after your coupon code is applied, you will not be eligible for free shipping. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery time

We usually ship in stock items within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in New York City, excluding major holidays. UPS Ground typically has a transit time of 1-6 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air ship the same day for in-stock orders placed by 12pm EST. International orders typically take between 7-10 days once they are sent out. All orders are subject to verification.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable UPS tracking or postal delivery confirmation information. You can also locate your tracking number on the My Orders page of your Account.

Picking up orders in-store

If you'd like to shop online but would prefer to pick your order up in one of our stores, simply choose "JOURNELLE STORE PICK-UP" as a shipping method during checkout. We'll waive all shipping fees and when your order has been completed we'll send you an e-mail confirmation to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up at our flagship 3 east 17th st. location.

International shipping

International shipping is not available via our website currently, but please contact us with international shipping inquiries to see if we are able to ship to your select country.

Please note: Items in your order shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and responsible for the payment of these import fees.

We estimate a delivery time of 7-10 days, but do not guarantee this as we cannot foresee possible customs delays on the receiving countries' end. If you have questions about international shipments or shipments to Military APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at help@journelle.com.

Refused shipments: If you refuse a shipment from Journelle, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Possible delays: When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Journelle and any original shipping time estimates.

Gifts: If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value
