•Choose XS: If thigh measurement is between 18"-19" and height is between 4'9"-5'1"

•Choose M: If thigh measurement is between 22"-24" and height is between 5'2"-5'8"

By: Molly A lot of stay ups just don't seem to have the holding power to stay put throughout the day. Not these. I never have to adjust or tug at these when I wear them. The top has a silicone-type lining inside the elastic that keeps these from slipping. Sizing is crucial though, since ones that are too big probably wouldn't stay as well, and too small ones would probably be uncomfortable. I am normally a S/M in tights, but got the XS based on my thigh measurement. The best way to size for these is to measure your thigh circumference: XS = 20''-21''; S = 22''-23''; M = 24''; L = 24''-25''
