Then we found English gem Florrie Mitton. Her garters are made from natural fabrics with honest to goodness vintage details- rows of adorable ruffles and a bejeweled swag. In fact, for this gorgeous piece, each garter is hand made using vintage re-purposed jewels, so each one will be slightly different, and totally unique. They’re like something straight out of Vogue in the 30s.
